Secondly, to analyze the new challenges, risks and threats that are the de-Westernization of the World, the aspirations for de-Globalization, the return of Realpolitik, the neo-imperial logic, Energy and Climate issues, Terrorism and the Showdown between State sovereignPowers and Supra-National or Transnational non-State Entities.
